I am a mother of 3 children and I just discovered an educational tech item that is going to save my life (and my relationship with my 7th grader!)! LOL! It’s so cool that I decided to hit a few blogs and websites to share my discovery with other parents and people who like innovative new educational tools.
I am sure that you have heard about the Fly pen by Leapfrog that has been on the market for a year or two now. But they have re-designed the pen and it is amazing! Two great features that my older kids are really jazzed about are the note taking features where you can upload your notes from the pen directly to an MS Word document! And secondly, the help that it can provide with Algebra is outstanding!
The pen officially hits the market this week and I highly recommend that you check it out and recommend it to other Parents, Kids & Techies, who, like my family, might need a little extra help with that algebra homework! It’s a great tool for students taking notes (and doodles) in class!! Not to mention the more fun features like Spanish, music and games! I wish I had this when I was in school!
