Stand Up and Look 10 Lbs Slimmer

I don’t know about you, but I have a tendency to slouch. I recently read that if you stand up straight, your will immediately appear 5-10 lbs slimmer. That seems so much easier than a diet.I thought perhaps I would try it. I made a point to render myself posture perfect, but my results were less than dramatic. Unfortunately, I need camouflage more than 10 lbs. More like 20, 30 um …probably closer to 40. If only posture correction could help me look 40 lbs slimmer, I’d be one upright individual.

  1. Hi Kymberlyn, I am sure you’re right!
    I bet as a blogger you’ve got rounded and sloping shoulders from using a PC - not unusual. I don’t think there are any quick fixes but with your imbalances addressed, core conditioning and building muscle I bet you’d see great benefits.
    Programs such as pilates, yoga, core conditioning or our tailored program would certainly put you on the right path. We even had a client go from size 14 to nearer 10 - with no dieting….confessed chocoholic :)
