…And Then My Rates Went Up
I am busy at work getting home insurance quotes. After a huge storm we made a claim on our home owners policy. Surprise, surprise, our rates went up. To say that I am angry is an understatement. It’s mind bogling that I could pay a company for years and never have a claim, and the minute I do, they stick it to me. Why not give me a rate reduction during all of the those years when there were no claims? No, that’s not how they conduct business. Anyhow, I am taking my dollars somewhere else. Anyone have a great home owners insurance company they’d like to recommend?
